We're looking for compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our growing team. You'll be supporting individuals to live more independently and confidently within their homes and out in the community.

About the Role:

You will be providing high-quality, client-centred care, including:

  • Personal care and hygiene assistance
  • Bowel care and manual handling (including hoist use)
  • Supporting community access – shopping, social outings, appointments, and activities
  • Promoting independence and well-being
  • Assisting with transport

We have multiple positions available, offering

  • Short shifts
  • Longer shifts
  • on going shifts
  • Weekend and overnights (active and inactive)

This role offers a mix of personal care (including bowel care) and community access, supporting clients to live independently and stay connected to their communities.


What We're Looking For:
  • Confidence in delivering personal care, bowel care, and manual transfers
  • Able to work independently and professionally with a relaxed, respectful manner
  • Friendly and compassionate
  • Open to both male and female support workers (manual transfers required)

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Your own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
  • Fully Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
