Support Workers – Gold Coast (Multiple Shifts Available) Location: Gold Coast, QLD

At Absolute Disability Care (ADC), our mission is to enrich the lives of our clients and the broader community. We're currently seeking committed and compassionate Support Workers based on the Gold Coast who can deliver individualised care and think outside the box when it comes to meeting our clients' unique needs.

We have plenty of shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, overnights and weekends. Whether you're looking for casual hours or something more permanent, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

· Fully COVID-19 vaccinated

· NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

· Certificate III in Individual Support or a willingness to complete

· NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

· Current First Aid and CPR

· At least 2 year of experience supporting people with high-complex needs

· Current QLD driver's licence

· Understanding of the NDIS

· Willingness to work a mix of day and overnight (sleepover) shifts

· A positive and respectful attitude to supporting people with disability

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings preferred

What You'll Be Doing

· Providing personal care and administering medication

· Supporting people with high needs

· Assisting with daily activities and community participation

· Accompanying clients to appointments and following individual care plans

· Ensuring a safe, supportive and client-focused environment

Training Provided We offer full training for those new to the sector, so you feel confident and capable in your role.
