Graduate/Junior Commercial Lawyer
We are seeking a well graduate/junior Commercial Lawyer to join our team. This role will provide the opportunity to achieve your goals, grow, and support the growth of our firm.
What You'll Do
As a Graduate/Junior Lawyer, you'll work closely with experienced professionals across a range of commercial matters, including but not limited to:
- Preparing and reviewing commercial agreements;
- Conducting legal research to support the legal team;
- Assisting with property transactions, including lease reviews and attending to assisting the senior team with contract negotiations;
- Supporting the senior team with communications with clients, managing projects, project deliverables and have a high attention for detail;
- Great team player and has a natural joy for working with a team;
- Must be prepared to work from our office 5 days per week.
You'll be supported every step of the way with mentoring, training, and a clear development pathway.
What We're Looking For
- A recent law graduate with strong academic results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A keen interest in commercial law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A team player with a proactive attitude
