Graduate/Junior Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a well graduate/junior Commercial Lawyer to join our team. This role will provide the opportunity to achieve your goals, grow, and support the growth of our firm.

What You'll Do

As a Graduate/Junior Lawyer, you'll work closely with experienced professionals across a range of commercial matters, including but not limited to:

  • Preparing and reviewing commercial agreements;
  • Conducting legal research to support the legal team;
  • Assisting with property transactions, including lease reviews and attending to assisting the senior team with contract negotiations;
  • Supporting the senior team with communications with clients, managing projects, project deliverables and have a high attention for detail;
  • Great team player and has a natural joy for working with a team;
  • Must be prepared to work from our office 5 days per week.

You'll be supported every step of the way with mentoring, training, and a clear development pathway.

What We're Looking For

  • A recent law graduate with strong academic results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen interest in commercial law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
