About Us

We're a fast-growing digital agency that helps service-based businesses, trades, coaches, and agencies grow through Facebook and Instagram ads. We're onboarding 40+ clients per week and scaling quickly. Our team has already generated more than $9M in sales from our own ad campaigns, and we now manage hundreds of client accounts worldwide.

We're looking for a Facebook Ad Specialist to join our onboarding team. This role is all about helping new clients launch successfully and setting them up for long-term success.

The Role

As a Facebook Ad Specialist, you'll:

  • Meet new clients on Zoom (30-minute onboarding sessions).
  • Review their onboarding forms and recommend the right campaign type.
  • Build out lead generation and messenger funnels inside Ads Manager.
  • Write ad copy and create basic creatives/videos using templates.
  • Launch campaigns within 3–4 days and run a second client call to activate ads.
  • Integrate campaigns with CRMs and ensure handover to the account management team.
  • Occasionally liaise in group chats post-launch (no ongoing client meetings).

Your target will be to successfully onboard ~20 clients per week.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of hands-on Facebook/Meta ads experience.
  • Proven history managing at least several hundred thousand in ad spend.
  • Strong skills in Ads Manager, funnels, and CRM integrations.
  • Comfortable with both client-facing Zoom calls and backend setup.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow proven systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work without hand-holding.

Experience in service businesses, trades, or coaching niches is a bonus.
