NGS are market leaders in the Solar power and Insulation industries. Since 1991, we have serviced some of the largest building customers in NSW. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to support the expansion of our solar PV and insulation services into the residential sect and to grow our digital and online sales presence. The position is based in Glendenning , Western Sydney and is a full-time role.

The successful candidate will contribute to broadening our customer base, improving brand recognition, and generating quality leads through both traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to target the residential sector and increase online sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and customer segments.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, SEO, EDMs, etc.).
  • Design promotional materials and content for social media, website, email campaigns, and printed media.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities and customer touchpoints.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing budgets and reporting.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in the renewable energy, construction, or home services industries is highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be diligent, have an attention to detail, works well in a team environment but also able to work autonomously. You will report to the Director.
