About the role

Are you a talented Chef/Cook looking to join a seafood restaurant in the beautiful coastal town of Kingscliff, NSW?

Shores seafood restaurant is seeking a full-time Chef/Cook to join our team. You will play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality, freshly prepared seafood dishes to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of seafood and other dishes to consistently high standards
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Assisting with menu planning, recipe development and kitchen operations as required
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Chef/Cook, ideally within a high-quality restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong technical cooking skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work well under pressure
  • A passion for creating delicious, fresh seafood dishes
  • A team player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
