
Paid Media Coordinator

Hey we're Blue Palm Digital, a young digital marketing agency based in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. We work with premium service companies to scale quickly and profitably with paid ads.
We're looking for our next team member to join our small team. If you love challenging the status quo, jumping into the details, getting your hands dirty, diving deep into numbers and all things digital, this could be a great role for you. This role reports into the Founder and is part time for 15-20 hours per week initially with the potential to go full time (if desired).
What you'll be doing day to day:
- Developing and executing paid media strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant advertising channels.
- Analysing performance data and identifying areas of improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Conducting proactive A/B testing and optimising campaigns to continuously improve results for clients.
- Managing budgets and bid strategies to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media.
- Collaborating with our clients in-house teams as required, including copy writers, creative, and web development.
- Working across multiple clients, managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Our ideal candidate should have:
- Marketing degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience managing campaigns hands on in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (or if you've got more than this we can make this a more senior role to suit)
- Strong time management and campaign planning skills
- Solid attention to detail
- Understanding of how to analyse data and formulate insights
- Proactivity and a love of what you do
- Desire to be the best in the industry
