About the Role

As our 
Marketing Coordinator
, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life across both digital and traditional channels. This is a dynamic and varied position, perfect for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality support to both internal teams and external franchise partners.

You'll be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives that elevate our national presence while enabling the local success of our franchise network. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and a professional approach are key to succeeding in this role. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and external agency to ensure brand consistency, timely campaign execution, and exceptional support across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Franchise & Client Marketing Support:
   Provide timely, professional, and solutions-focused support to franchise partners and clients, helping them implement effective local marketing activities and apply brand assets appropriately.
• Customer Service & Stakeholder Communication:
  Act as a key point of contact for franchisees and suppliers, maintaining clear, courteous, and responsive communication at all times.
• Marketing Administration:
  Assist the Marketing Manager and leadership team with campaign coordination, marketing calendar management, supplier liaison, reporting, and ad hoc requests.
• Brand & Asset Management:
   Maintain and update marketing collateral, develop editable templates, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all materials and channels.
• Content Development:
   Assist with writing blogs, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing copy to support SEO, lead generation, and brand storytelling.
• Digital Marketing Support:
   Help coordinate website updates, CRM marketing campaigns, eDMs, and digital performance reporting in collaboration with the external digital agency.
• Events & Partnerships:
   Support the planning and execution of trade shows, sponsorships, industry events, and internal communication initiatives.
• Social Media & Content Creation:
  Assist with scheduling and coordinating content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Experience with content creation (copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video and reels) is essential. TikTok exposure is advantageous.

About You

You're a proactive and creative marketer with a flair for video storytelling, social media, and content creation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle competing priorities with ease, and are passionate about providing excellent customer service and support.

• Previous experience supporting multi-location or franchise networks (highly regarded)

Bonus points if you have certifications in social media or digital marketing, or experience in franchising.
