The Digital Juice is looking for a digital marketing specialist to help deliver key client and internal advertising projects.

You must be based in Melbourne, and able to work from our Sunshine office as required, as well as from home. You’ll be joining a fun, young, inclusive company with a killer work environment. We have a number of exciting projects in the pipeline and looking for a digital marketing coordinator to help deliver key client and internal projects. **(You must have Paid Ad's Experience)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of Meta Ad's (Facebook) & GoogleAds account (Must be able to show previous AD spend results).
- Planning and administering digital marketing campaigns to ensure delivery is aligned with client expectations and the maximization of ROI.
- Auditing and optimising digital advertising campaigns on a regular basis.
- Create marketing funnels to maximise conversion rates and optimise the user experience of client websites, landing pages, and other online marketing channels.
- Preparing reports for client proposals and presentations
- Producing monthly dashboard reports and setting new strategies for our clients
- Excellent writing skills, with examples of your work to show (e.g., a media release, blog post, social media posts or articles)
- Ensure sound communication with all key internal and external stakeholders
- Produce or oversee digital and print marketing collateral (video production flyers, certificates, posters, advertisements, PowerPoint slides, etc.) for promotions, conferences and direct marketing
- Develop and implement new and innovative ways to boost social media presence and support all marketing campaigns
- Improve campaigns by identifying key areas of opportunity
- Maintain multiple digital platforms and coordinate content creation
- Build, implement and optimise campaigns across channels including but not limited to Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube, SEM, Affiliates, Partnerships & Display in line with the digital marketing strategy and plans
- Serve as the conduit between business units and the creative team to ensure alignment on digital content

**Qualifications & experiences**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a related field
- Experience in a digital marketing environment **(Minimum of 3 years)**:

- Managing and optimising your advertising campaigns across the month.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Search Console, Analytics and Tag Manager, Facebook, and WordPress.
- Sound understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- A detailed understanding of paid ad platforms
- A strong understanding of marketing techniques and successful social media strategies

**It's a bonus, but not a must-have**:
A sense of humour to add to our existing crew or a bomb-ass hobby that you can involve the team to join in

**Skills & competencies**:

- Excellent English language skills (MUST be a fluent English speaker)
- A willingness to undertake additional training via platforms such as LinkedIn Learning
- Access to a computer with a range of basic programs, such as Word and Excel, and a reliable internet connection

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.25 per hour
