The Opportunity
The Head of Finance will lead strategic transformation and continuous improvement of financial governance and compliance, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and strong stakeholder engagement to support performance uplift across the organisation. Central to this mandate is championing innovation through emerging technologies and digital finance tools, whilst identifying and implementing sustainable cost efficiencies that optimise operational performance.
As a trusted partner to the Executive Leadership Team and senior stakeholders, the Head of Finance will provide strategic insights and commercial acumen that directly shape business strategy and drive value creation across the integrated operations.
The Head of Finance will oversee a broad portfolio, including:
Finance Systems & Reporting – ensuring robust infrastructure, data integrity, and timely insights
Operational Finance – driving commercial excellence and cost efficiency across operations
Capital Governance – optimising capital allocation and investment decisions through strategic oversight
Shared Services – delivering streamlined, high-quality financial operations
Financial Integration - leading performance alignment across the function
