We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Despatch Coordinator to support both the administrative and operational functions of our warehouse. This role involves coordinating scheduled orders, managing freight and inventory systems, and contributing to day-to-day warehouse activities including QA, stock handling, and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull and process scheduled orders from the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Maintain and update records, tracking progress and workload against daily schedules.
  • Use various freight and carrier platforms to manage consignments and monitor delivery status.
  • Communicate updates and issues clearly to the leadership team.
  • Perform quality checks on outgoing and held stock.
  • Operate High Reach forklift for putaway, replenishment, and pallet movement.
  • Pick, pack, load, and unload orders as required.
  • Assist with unpacking containers and rework tasks.

About you:

  • Forklift licence (mandatory)
  • Despatch experience
  • Great attitude with motivation to learn and grow
