Job Title: Despatch Operator

We are seeking reliable, team-oriented individuals to join our day shift at a manufacturing facility. As a Despatch Operator, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing goods for despatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare goods for despatch
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Ensure all despatch documentation is completed correctly
  • Perform general warehouse duties including stock control and inventory checks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehousing, logistics or despatch preferred
  • Forklift licence is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
