**Job Title:**

Despatch Coordinator required to join a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in despatch planning, scheduling, and prioritisation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

- Efficiently dispatching all loads through an ERP system
- Ensuring accurate fleet allocation for delivery plans
- Maintaining effective communication with customers, the planning team and project management team
- Preparing delivery paperwork and administrative tasks
- Managing driver and wait times to reduce yard wait time
- Conducting load checks and auditing loads for safety compliance
- Adhering to health and safety policies, procedures, and legislative requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
