About the role:
As a Recruitment Partner, you will play a crucial role in connecting high quality candidates with vacant job opportunities sourced from Account Managers or Business Partners. Be accountable for sourcing and assessing potential candidate in line with 360 Personnel's company values, culture, and job requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full end to end recruitment
- Candidate management including safety and administrative functions
- New business development and account management of your customers
About you:
Our ideal candidate will love recruitment and sales. Naturally you are resilient, a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You balance your day well and know the ins and outs of building a desk. You will be given the freedom to make this role your own in either civil, construction, transport, logistics or manufacturing.
Additionally, you will bring:
- Proven experience gained in a similar role within blue collar temp recruitment
- A minimum of 2+ years of blue collar temp recruitment experience
- Able to demonstrate your sales activity and achievements
- Demonstrated above average sales results and achievements
- Familiar with all sourcing strategies and have recruitment system experience
- Experience with recruitment systems, with training provided for specific platforms
