About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Field Service & Installation Technician to join our Melbourne team. If you're technically skilled, customer-focused and ready to work with industry-leading products in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and customer-focused technician to support our expanding customer base. You'll be responsible for the installation, networking, servicing and repair of Canon and HP multifunction devices and related digital equipment.

This is a field-based role with a mix of on-site and workshop responsibilities, offering variety and autonomy in your day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

· Install and network devices (TCP/IP)

· Configure scan-to-email/folder and print drivers (PC & Mac)

· Collaborate with client IT teams and work on server environments

· Integrate cloud-based software solutions

· Demonstrate device features to clients

· Perform preventative and corrective maintenance

· Refurbish used equipment for resale

· Provide remote support and troubleshooting

· Assist with stock and equipment logistics

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who brings:

· Demonstrated experience in the office equipment industry (Canon experience highly regarded)

· Strong IT knowledge (Cert III or IV preferred)

· Confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

· Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

· A proactive, customer-first approach

· Strong time management and communication skills

· Understanding of print architecture and business systems

· Current Australian working rights

· A valid Australian Driver's Licence with a clean record
