**Who we’re looking for**:
We are on the lookout for a customer focused Assistant Strata Manager to join our Boutique Miranda office. This role is part time, 30 hours per week, we’re open to hours that suit you.

This role is integral to our core business of delivering professional strata management services to our clients. Supported by a customer care team and centres of expertise, we work as one team to deliver value to our customers. We convert challenges into opportunities and pride ourselves on having fun while working hard to be the best in the industry. Some of this team’s magic can be found in its positive close-knit team. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Build or build on your strata knowledge and support assigned Strata Managers in the service delivery of PICA’s Owners Corporation Management Agreements with repairs & maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.
- Maintain documents and records related to the community within a document management system.
- Prepare and update meeting records and documents such as minutes and agendas using a digital document transaction system. May attend AGM or committee meeting with Strata Manager.

**About you**:
As someone experienced with admin, you know how to use the basic software like Outlook, Word and Excel. You might also have some experience with CRM and document management systems, or you know how to learn these systems quickly.

You see challenges as opportunities and know how to problem solve. You encourage collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
