We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant to join our friendly and professional team in the Sutherland Shire. About the Role
Working closely with our Senior Property Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our residential property portfolio. You'll be involved in leasing, inspections, tenant liaison, and general property management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections, open homes, and leasing appointments
- Process rental applications and respond to enquiries
- Organise property repairs and maintenance
- Assist with leasing administration, including condition reports and key register management
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer support to tenants and landlords
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow office procedures
