Our client, based in Miranda, is well known for their personal approach and strong relationships with clients and tenants.

We're searching for an Assistant Property Manager to join this close-knit team – someone who's motivated, organised and ready to grow in their career.

The Role:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play an important part in the ongoing success of this thriving office.

  • Assist with daily portfolio management tasks
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups
  • Complete routine & in-going inspections
  • Support leasing processes – open homes, applications, lease preparation
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords to ensure top service
  • Provide ongoing support to the Senior Property Manager

Skills Required & Experience:

  • MUST HAVE leasing, admin or real estate experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Motivated and able to work effectively within a team
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • MUST HAVE Certificate of Registration (minimum), car & driver's licence
  • Enjoys building relationships and being part of a supportive team
