About the Role

We are seeking an admitted lawyer with a current NSW practising certificate with at least two years of post-admission experience who is confident working independently and managing a diverse caseload. You'll handle matters across our core service areas and contribute to the continued growth of Birdie Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, practical legal advice across property, estate, and commercial matters
• Manage files independently, from initial instruction to resolution
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements
• Handle client and stakeholder communications with professionalism and care
• Participate in occasional networking or business development opportunities
• Contribute to internal process improvement and client experience initiatives

About You

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent, with a current NSW practising certificate
• Minimum 2 years post-admission experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing competing priorities
• Able to work autonomously while maintaining collaboration with the wider Birdie team
• Open to a flexible, hybrid working arrangement
