We're looking for a confident, people-focused Front of House Manager who can lead operations, inspire their team, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly organised and community-minded Front of House Manager to take charge of our Burswood venue. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine customer service, operations, and team management with a genuine love of people and connection.

You'll bring structure, calm confidence, and problem-solving skills to a busy, social environment. From running smooth daily operations to leading a team and creating memorable guest moments, you'll help shape the culture of one of our newest venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of part-time and casual staff
  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring the venue runs smoothly, looks immaculate, and delivers excellent service
  • Manage rostering and oversee recruitment, staff onboarding, and training
  • Create a community-focused atmosphere where guests feel welcome and engaged
  • Manage stock levels and provide regular updates and reports to our People & Operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

About You

  • Proven experience in venue, hospitality, wellbeing, spa, or customer-facing management roles is favourable
  • A natural communicator who thrives on connection and community
  • Organised, reliable, and confident managing competing priorities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital scheduling, reporting, and communications platforms
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • Excited about joining a values-driven team and contributing to the growth of Alchemy Saunas
