**The Role**

As a Night Manager you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the running of the entire Hotel Rooms Division operation during the overnight shift. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will appropriately allocate resources across the operation and ensure that Crown’s policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to across all operational departments.

To be considered for this role you will need to have Supervisory or Management experience in Hotel Front Office Operations.

**About you**

You'll bring the following:

- Hotel management experience at a departmental level within a superior hotel
- Extensive customer service experience
- Ability to commit to a 7 day overnight rotating roster between the hours of 10:45pm - 7.15am
- Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System (or similar)

**Additional Information**:
This role requires:

- Hospitality or business-related qualification is highly desired
