This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working within a pathology laboratory looking to move into the corporate world.

Your mission and responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues on-site and remotely

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth instrument installations and updates.

  • Training customers as required, both as part of new installations and for existing customers.

  • Provide technical information to the customer to provide better customer and patient outcomes

Your qualifications and attributes:

  • You will have a tertiary qualification in Science, Applied Science or related field.

  • Previous experience in Pathology/Diagnostics industry

  • Strong customer focus and communication skills

  • Willing to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand

  • Current driver's license

  • Evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
