About the opportunity

Reporting into our Head of Quality, Compliance and Facilities, we are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional ready to lead with impact in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

As our Quality Assurance Manager, you'll lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with TGA, GMP, and GWP standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution.

The key responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Overseeing compliance with TGA, GMP, and State Health regulations.
  • Leading change control and risk assessment processes.
  • Managing Deviation, CAPA reporting and periodic Management Review meetings.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement and training.
  • Managing validation of equipment, software, and processes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure quality excellence.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred (Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or other related field).
  • Experience working within a pharmaceutical QA leadership role.
  • Highly skilled and knowledgeable of GMP, TGA licensing, and GWP standards.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Exemplary communicator with excellent written and oral business communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
  • Experience using SAP and Dot Compliance eQMS environments would be advantageous.
