Quality Assurance Manager

As a quality assurance manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive software quality plans to ensure seamless execution across pre-release, beta testing, verification & validation, and limited release phases.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, end-users, and external contractors to conduct quality checks at defined milestones.
- Gathering, managing, and escalating feedback from test partners to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining operational readiness and optimal condition of QA hardware, demo servers, and lab resources.
- Overseeing hardware and software infrastructure used in QA and training environments, including configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Managing end-of-life materials, replacements, license renewals, pricing updates, and technical configurations for hardware pass-through and test environments.
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a regulated software environment.
- A strong understanding of software testing life cycles and quality processes.
- Experience managing or working with beta programs and limited releases.
- Familiarity with QA-related hardware and lab environment management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional coordination with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working with radiation oncology platforms is a plus.
