We are looking for a motivated and positive individual to join the Eagle Software team as a Customer Service Representative. The permanent position is full time with work hours Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. **About the company** We are a growing company established in 2014 to provide the next generation of listing management and CRM software to the real estate industry. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who are quick learners and willing to go the extra mile for our customer. Individuals who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution for each question. **The Customer Service Representative’s main responsibilities, but not limited to are**: - Establishing and sustaining productive relationships with our clients - Provide excellent customer service ensuring all clients receive a prompt response to requests and queries **Skills and Experience**: **Essential**: - Super tech savvy - Positive and hard work ethic - Ability to work efficiently with excellent attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, love dealing with people on a regular basis - Strong interpersonal, team work and organisational skills - Problem solving skills **Desirable but not required**: - Experience in account management or customer service - Experience in the real estate industry - Experience in software support **Benefits of working with Eagle Software**: - Work in an energetic "can do" workplace - Work with great people who support each other - Work with leading edge technology - Competitive remuneration package including super - Comprehensive training and support during on boarding period - Positive and supportive team environment If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred)
