- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships built on trust and professionalism.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, financial needs, and industry trends to provide strategic financial advice and customised solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, risk management, and operations, to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base, nurturing leads and converting them into active clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and financial analyses to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to provide clients with insights and guidance on their financial strategies.
- Monitor and analyse client performance, financial metrics, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities for clients and propose appropriate actions.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on client activities, sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and other performance metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive client records in the CRM system, documenting interactions, transactions, and client preferences.
