Let’s talk about you- People with a customer first approach and who embodies our values.- Don't know much about the world of business telco solutions? No problem We offer fantastic, training and support, and teach staff all they need to know to be successful in this position.- You do need to be a clear communicator, and be able to converse and explain, technical information in an 'easy to understand' manner.- Computer literacy and data entry skills are a must, as you need to type up notes from calls, and use basic software packages.- If you have this and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, then this role is perfect for you
How will you support our “Why?”- As a Business Sales Consultant, you will be providing advice and tailored solutions to small and medium businesses.- Our customers will have either enquired online or called us directly asking what we can do for their business.- Our team has a customer first approach, providing solutions based on what the customer TRULY needs, which allows us to change the game.- This is an "inside sales" position located at our Dandenong South office.- Permanent, full time hours (37.5) each week with hours to be worked on a rotating roster 8am - 8pm AEDT, Monday - Friday
