We are currently looking for a highly motivated, friendly and passionate Credit Controller to join our team, covering the **afternoon shift** (**11am to 7pm** during standard time and from **12pm to 8pm** during daylight savings time).

You will love making friends with our customers while ensuring they pay inside our trading terms.

**Reporting to Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Supporting the end-to-end control of Accounts Receivable process
- Accounts reconciliation
- Liaising with customers, sales staff and internal stakeholders
- Accurately processing and recording of payments etc.
- Responding promptly to customer and internal enquires providing accurate advice on billing queries
- Resolving customer disputes promptly and professionally
- Reviewing and updating the stop credit list
- Creation of new accounts
- Providing ad hoc support and reports to the sales force and management when required

**To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess**:

- Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using **SAP**would be highly regarded
- Intermediate Excel skills with high analytical skills
- A team oriented, customer focused and results driven attitude
