About Us

Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is WA's largest private medical imaging provider, with more than 1,300 staff, 23 clinics and hospital sites, and over 140 radiologists across the state. We deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services using the latest technology and some of the best medical professionals in the industry. We're proud to be the official imaging partner of the Fremantle Dockers, Perth Glory, and the Perth and West Perth Football Clubs.

About the Role

We are seeking an HR Advisor (Doctors) to join our dedicated People & Safety team. This role supports the Head of Doctors HR in delivering high-quality HR services across our network, ensuring our doctors are supported throughout their employment journey.

Key responsibilities include:


• Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes.


• Preparing employment documentation and managing variations.


• Providing HR advice on policies, performance, and compliance.


• Supporting relocation and visa processes for international medical graduates.


• Ensuring timely resolution of queries via the Doctors HR inbox.


• Partnering with stakeholders across payroll, rostering, accreditation, and leadership teams.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.


• Collaborative and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills.


• Confident in written and verbal communication.


• Able to manage competing priorities and work flexibly.


• Ideally experienced in HR within healthcare or professional services.


• Holds a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or is willing to undertake further study that will support success in the role and building on existing HR knowledge.
