**Key Accountabilities**:

- **End-to-End Recruitment Excellence**: Take charge of the recruitment lifecycle, seamlessly managing the demands of existing sites while gearing up for future projects. Your energy and tenacity will ensure that no stone is left unturned in finding the best talent.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Lead recruitment campaigns for a variety of construction roles, orchestrating each step with precision and enthusiasm. Your ability to thrive in high-paced environments will be a game-changer.
- **Strategic Recruitment Guidance**: Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring leaders, leveraging your strong communication skills to foster understanding and alignment. Your dogged determination will ensure that recruitment strategies are executed with precision.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience with recruiting both white and blue collar positions, in high-volume recruitment, preferably within Construction, Mining or Processing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
- A tenacious and results-driven mindset, coupled with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative nature, with a passion for working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Confident managing both active and passive job search markets.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
