The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a positive, supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinic staff and cultivate a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them advance in their careers.
  • Assist the Lead Vet in overseeing financial management.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote the clinic and attract new clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and clean clinic environment.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective communication.
  • Work closely with veterinarians to enhance patient care and contribute to continuous service improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in veterinary practice management or a similar managerial role within a clinical environment.
  • Cert IV Vet Nursing will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work with fellow team members and build rapport with clients.
  • A desire to grow, learn and develop your career.
