Powering National Security Through Pega

Digital Village is seeking experienced
Pega Platform Specialists
across the entire agile delivery spectrum to join a high-impact, long-term (3+ year) program with a Federal Government Agency.

This is a critical national program focused on uplifting the governments digital capability ahead of a major legislative expansion (Tranche 2) that will increase their regulated entities from 19,000 to an estimated 100,000. Your work will directly support national security and compliance by enhancing their core systems.

The Role & The Work

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum team, working alongside internal agency teams to design, enhance, and sustain enterprise workflow solutions within the
Operational Regulatory Business & Intelligence Tool (ORBIT)
.

Key focus areas include:

  • Developing solutions for the Case Management and Customer Records Management (CRM) platform.
  • Working with the Pega Cloud-based platform, connected with existing on-premises solutions.
  • Driving an output-based engagement model, leveraging strong Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Contributing to the establishment of a long-term delivery partnership, fostering innovation and knowledge transfer.

Your Background & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience delivering application-based solutions using
    Agile and DevOps practices
    within complex enterprise or government environments.
  • Proven capacity to work effectively within cross-functional scrum teams (Developers, BAs, QA/Testers, DevOps).
  • Past experience delivering Pega-based solutions is highly regarded.
  • Crucially, must be an Australian Citizen and based in Australian. (Sydney preferred)
