Job Title: Pega Developer – Decisioning & Cloud Integration

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega Decisioning
, cloud-native development, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Pega applications integrated with AWS infrastructure and external APIs, while leveraging GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Pega Development & Decisioning

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using
    Pega PRPC
    , with a focus on
    Decisioning capabilities
    .
  • Customize workflows and decision strategies to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

  • Deploy and manage applications on
    AWS Cloud
    , including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPC.
  • Implement infrastructure as code using tools like
    CloudFormation or Terraform
    .
  • Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines using
    GitHub Actions
    .

API Integration & System Connectivity

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with third-party systems.
  • Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between Pega and external platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues across environments.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and operations.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in
    Pega development
    , including
    Pega Decisioning
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    AWS cloud services
    and infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on experience with
    GitHub Actions
    and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in
    API development and integration
    using REST/JSON.
  • Pega CSSA certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Grafana, CloudWatch).
  • Exposure to financial services or banking domain.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
