About the Project

AUSTRAC — the
Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre
— is both Australia's
anti-money laundering (AML)
and
counter-terrorism financing (CTF)
regulator and its
financial intelligence unit
.

As part of a major uplift program, AUSTRAC is enhancing its
Operational Regulatory Business & Intelligence Tool (ORBIT)
and connected CRM, case management, and contact centre systems. These systems are built on the
Pega platform
, and AUSTRAC is seeking a trusted delivery partner to provide and manage multi-disciplinary teams capable of delivering ongoing enhancements, new features, and continuous improvement across its enterprise ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help deliver enterprise-scale solutions using the Pega platform — solutions that will:

Streamline AUSTRAC's regulatory workflows and intelligence case management

Enhance CRM and customer interaction tools for regulated entities

Integrate data, processes, and systems across on-prem and cloud environments

Support continuous enhancement and sustainment of AUSTRAC's digital ecosystem

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across AUSTRAC and partner vendors

The work you do will directly support AUSTRAC as it scales from regulating
19,000 entities to over 100,000
under new AML/CTF legislation — an enormous uplift requiring robust digital capability and efficient workflow systems.
