TECHNICAL LEAD - Pega developer who has worked in Production support

Job Description

Need a senior Peg developer who has worked in Production support and can handle L2, L3 tickets by working closely with client. Need to be more proactive and anlyze the probllem quickly. Must be work in Odd hours. ? Certification in Pega Senior System Architect CSSA ? Hand on Development experience in Pega Development project using Case Management, Customer Service, Constellation frame works. ? Converting Users Stories into Pega configuration ? Experience mapping Business Processes ? Experience with CASE development ? Experience with Pega Cosmos (ver 8.6 and above) ? 6+ years? experience in design and implementation of PRPC based solutions ? Pega Senior System Architect SSA is responsible for design and development of business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. ? Develop and demonstrate knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features. ? Better to have Theme Cosmos knowledge or experience. ? Better to have experience on integrations ? Experience on new Pega Capabilities of Version 8.x ? Proficient in integrations. ? Strong knowledge on various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types like Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents and Ruleset Management ? Experience in converting Pega Agents to Job Schedulers background process using Queue Processor ? Experience in implementing the archival and purge process. ? Experience in Pega Data Extraction for reports ? Experience in implementing Pega Connectors Services
