Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Pega Development & Decisioning

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using
    Pega PRPC
    , with a focus on
    Decisioning capabilities
    .
  • Customize workflows and decision strategies to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

  • Deploy and manage applications on
    AWS Cloud
    , including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPC.
  • Implement infrastructure as code using tools like
    CloudFormation or Terraform
    .
  • Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines using
    GitHub Actions
    .

API Integration & System Connectivity

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with third-party systems.
  • Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between Pega and external platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues across environments.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and operations.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in
    Pega development
    , including
    Pega Decisioning
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    AWS cloud services
    and infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on experience with
    GitHub Actions
    and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in
    API development and integration
    using REST/JSON.
  • Pega CSSA certification preferred.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
