The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to join our Brisbane headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and supporting healthcare operations behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoicing & Finance Support – Assist with preparation, processing, and reconciliation of invoices.
  • Data Entry & Record-Keeping – Maintain accurate records in relevant systems.
  • Clinic Liaison – Respond to enquiries and provide professional support to partner clinics.
  • Compliance Support – Keep documentation, logs, and reports up to date

About You

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident in communication and professional in presentation.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Interested in healthcare administration and open to career progression.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Prior administration experience in healthcare preferred).
  • Ability to work between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,462.00 per year
