The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to join our Brisbane headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and supporting healthcare operations behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing & Finance Support – Assist with preparation, processing, and reconciliation of invoices.
- Data Entry & Record-Keeping – Maintain accurate records in relevant systems.
- Clinic Liaison – Respond to enquiries and provide professional support to partner clinics.
- Compliance Support – Keep documentation, logs, and reports up to date
About You
We're seeking someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident in communication and professional in presentation.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Interested in healthcare administration and open to career progression.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Prior administration experience in healthcare preferred).
- Ability to work between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $52,462.00 per year
