The Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused individual to join our Brisbane headquarters in a hybrid role that combines medication deliveries with administrative support.

This isn't a standard "drop-and-go" position. You'll be directly involved in the smooth running of clinic operations — delivering medications to treatment areas, ensuring accurate records, liaising with clinic staff, and assisting with national administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver medications safely and accurately to partner clinics.
  • Place stock directly into correct storage areas such as fridges and treatment rooms.
  • Maintain thorough delivery records and confirmations.
  • Build positive working relationships with clinic teams and respond promptly to follow-ups.
  • Assist with invoicing and financial processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry across multiple systems.
  • Respond to clinic enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support compliance by keeping documentation current.
  • Provide general administrative support to our national pharmacy network.
