While we predominantly focus on the real estate sector, our diverse client base includes industries such as childcare, hair and beauty, automotive, education, and finance.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated full-time Photographer and Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional skills in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content that meets client specifications and upholds our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photographs and videos for real estate listings and other clients.
  • Travel to various locations as required by the job (petrol allowance provided).
  • Edit and enhance photographs using Adobe Lightroom.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring seamless storytelling.
  • Manipulate images and create visually appealing content using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Collaborate with clients and the Sync team to understand and fulfill project requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and high standards in all visual content produced.
  • Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment.
  • Maintain organised files and backups of all edited content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
  • Exceptional skills in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to travel to various locations as part of the job.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
