Bar Supervisor

The Meat & Wine Co is a **full service, casual fine dining steakhouse** that specialises in **dry-aging steaks** and has an **impressive wine selection**.Our Barangaroo restaurant is located in **International Tower One **and are seeking a passionate and driven **Bar Supervisor** to join us on a **full time basis**. **What we are looking for**:At least 2 + years' supervisory experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry
Solid experience in wine knowledge, pairing and upselling techniques
The ability to work a rotating 7- day roster
Great leadership qualities along with the ability to inspire, train and develop the team
Experience with ordering stock, stocktake and understanding restaurant/bar operations
Qualification in hospitality would be an advantage for this role
A valid RSA
You'll be working alongside the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for maintaining a high service standard while observing our company culture and values. You will also receive on the job training within each department and further training in management to ensure complete knowledge of the restaurant operations.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
