Due to continued ongoing growth and success an exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced Civil Supervisor to join the leadership team and play an integral role in their Sunshine Coast based project. With extensive experience in the construction of subdivisions, infrastructure and general civil works this company offers you the support, opportunity and developmentyou need to grow and succeed within this industry. **Your new role**
Reporting directly to the operations manager this all-encompassing role will see you responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the civil site and the team, including safety, quality, subcontractor supervision, workforce management and client communication. Ongoing a variety of interesting land development projects are on the horizon, offering you job security and to further developing your skills and experience by working with customers, developers and government clients.

**What you'll need to succeed**
We a require an experienced Civil Supervisor who is experienced being the most senior supervisor onsite and running Civil projects. A background in Sub-division and/or infrastructure projects is highly desirable. In addition, drive to succeed with a high performing contractor, ensue project deliverables are achieved, communicate with project stakeholders and ability to lead from the front. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as are previous experience with running and leading a site-based team and liaise with all project stakeholders.
