We're seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to help expand our reach and amplify our mission of supporting individuals and families through essential human services. In this role, you'll build strategic relationships with community partners, government agencies, and funding sources to unlock new opportunities and ensure our programs continue to thrive. About Direct Care Resources:

Direct Care Resources is a well-established care provider in Southeast Queensland, with a focus on supported independent living, community access, and child protection services. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, the organisation is dedicated to participant care, health, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Implement Business Development strategic plan as approved and set by the Board and CEO of DCR

  • Engage with various stakeholders and networks for the business development and growth of DCR

  • Develop and Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain existing clients and facilitate client retention

  • Management of client activity programs, wellness and wellbeing portfolios, including deliverables and reporting

  • Social Media management, including developing social media strategy with CEO

  • Internet and Website engagement and design to include interactive engagement, promotion of testimonials and positive reviews

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Degree qualification ideally in sales and/or marketing.

  • Experience in the human services industry is highly advantageous
