Offering 176 rooms and a relaxed restaurant and lobby bar, we are located centrally offering a quintessential Sydney experience. 

Role Purpose: We are looking for a CDP to join our team on a casual basis, where you will be inspired to produce the highest quality food experience for our guests working with and for an exceptional team and creating flavours with vibrancy and excitement. 

  • Responsibilities:

Skills and experience: We are seeking individuals with a passion for food, who are driven and creative and display:

  • A lead by example attitude - collectively team focused, fostering collaboration and inclusion 
  • Academic achievement with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery 
  • A creative and varied portfolio of cooking experiences 
  • The inherent ability to manage relevant stock levels 
  • An interest in sustainable practices
