We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Recruitment Officer with a proven track record in recruiting security personnel, particularly in aviation security. If you have experience sourcing and placing candidates for roles such as gatehouse operations, foot patrols, vehicle patrols, and other airport-based security functions, we want to hear from you.
While the primary focus of this role is aviation security recruitment, you will also be responsible for recruiting across a variety of other security roles in different sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume recruitment environment and is confident managing multiple recruitment streams at once.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will be at the heart of our talent strategy, driving recruitment campaigns and supporting broader recruitment functions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to ensure we hire the right people for every role, especially those in compliance-sensitive environments like airports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume aviation and general security roles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to both aviation and broader security industry needs.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure suitability and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of ASIC-cleared and security-qualified candidates.
- Partner with operational leaders to understand evolving workforce needs across various sectors.
- Support onboarding, engagement, and training processes for new security staff.
- Foster positive candidate experiences and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with aviation, security, and employment legislation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in security recruitment, with a strong focus on aviation security.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as gatehouse, foot patrol, vehicle patrol, and broader guarding services.
- Understanding of aviation-specific compliance such as ASIC and security licensing.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage competing recruitment priorities.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems and modern sourcing techniques.
- A proactive, adaptable, and outcome-oriented approach.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation, compliance standards, and HR practices.
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain and maintain relevant security clearances, including ASIC where applicable.
Why Join Us?
- Join a growing, people-first company with a strong reputation in both aviation and general security services.
- Work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your impact is valued.
- Convenient office-based location close to public transport.
- Be part of a professional, inclusive team that's making a real difference.
