The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced Services Administrator to join our National Services Support Centre. This is a pivotal role within our organisation, supporting both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service delivery. Reporting to the Services Manager- Scheduling, the role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has proven experience working with multiple stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to the success of a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at each touchpoint
  • Answering phones and responding to client enquiries
  • Preparing and processing client quotes and orders
  • Data entry
  • Performing other administrative duties as required

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office software (particularly Excel)
  • Experience with MYOB (desirable)
  • Rostering or Payroll experience highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and take accountability
  • Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team
