
Rostering Coordinator

ACESGroup is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to support our aviation operations from our central Services Support Centre in Redfern. You'll be instrumental in ensuring staffing coverage for critical aviation security and operational sites. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires a calm, confident approach to problem-solving and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily and long-term rosters for aviation sites in line with contractual and operational requirements
- Coordinate workforce availability to ensure service delivery meets compliance and client expectations
- Liaise with internal departments, site supervisors, and external stakeholders to fill shifts effectively
- Maintain accurate data in rostering systems and support administrative processes within the team.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Aviation Security rostering, scheduling, or operations support role (aviation or security industry preferred)
- NSW 1A Security Licence, preferably with Aviation Security experience (not essential but highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to prioritise under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using scheduling platforms.
