Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Ability to create personalized, fun, and educational programs
  • Strong teamwork skills and a desire to build supportive, inclusive relationships
  • Experience in early childhood settings and commitment to continuous development
  • Familiarity with documentation software and communication tools
