**About the Role**:
Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for HRIS operations, system improvements, and technical support. You’ll play a key role in expanding the use of Dayforce across its full suite (excluding recruitment) and optimising integration with PageUp.

**What you'll be Doing**:

- Managing and enhance our HRIS platforms - Dayforce and PageUp
- Providing first-level technical support and troubleshooting system issues
- Creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation and knowledge bases
- Leading testing and quality assurance for system updates and improvements
- Collaborating on HRIS-related projects and drive system enhancements

**What you'll bring**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce & PageUp preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
- Technical troubleshooting and system configuration skills
- Experience in reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation
- SQL experience - ability to write simple queries to support reporting and insights
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A passion for improving HR systems and delivering seamless user experiences
