About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will coordinate freight operations, manage transport schedules, and ensure seamless delivery of goods. You'll collaborate with internal teams, third-party providers, and stakeholders to maintain efficient operations and exceptional service levels.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + superannuation
Location: Based in the central coast

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage local, import, and export shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate inbound booking processes with freight suppliers and warehouse teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier invoices, and shipment data.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation (POs, invoices, packing lists).
  • Track shipments and escalate delivery issues as needed.
  • Manage outbound freight schedules and operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, service, and cost efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven background in logistics, shipping, or transport operations.
  • Outbound shipping experience is a must
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with shipping processes, documentation, and supplier coordination.
