We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our high-performing Supply Chain team. This dynamic role is key to supporting our global freight movements and ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Logistics Specialist, you'll play a vital role in:

  • Coordinating inbound and outbound global shipments from 3PLs and factories across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas
  • Managing freight documentation and customs clearance to ensure timely, compliant deliveries
  • Supporting production logistics and minimising airfreight reliance through strategic consolidation
  • Troubleshooting logistics issues and working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Providing logistics support for retail store builds and maintenance projects
  • Reporting on shipping performance, freight costs, and carbon emissions
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, Finance, Production, and Retail Operations teams

About You

  • 2-4 years' experience in international logistics or supply chain (retail/fashion industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs compliance, and global freight procedures
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Confident with Excel, ERP/WMS systems, and freight platforms
